Welcome to Leanbase Compass! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Leanbase Compass’s services, including our website, widgets, and any related software (collectively, the "Service"). By signing up or using Leanbase Compass, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Leanbase Compass" refers to the company providing the Service.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.

  • "Customer" refers to a User with an active Leanbase Compass account.

  • "End-User" refers to individuals who interact with the widgets/services implemented by a Customer.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Leanbase Compass.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when signing up.

  • Leanbase Compass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Free Trial

  • Leanbase Compass offer a free trial for a limited use-case.

  • You can upgrade to a paid subscription or downgrade to free-trial.

  • Leanbase Compass reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your workspace in the event that payment is not received

4. Use of the Service

  • You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.

  • You shall not misuse the Service, such as by attempting unauthorized access or interfering with its operation.

  • Leanbase Compass may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at its discretion.

  • Leanbase Compass does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service and is not liable for downtime.

  • Leanbase Compass reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

5. Fees & Payments

  • Fees are charged on a subscription basis unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.

  • Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes may result in account termination.

6. User-Generated Content

  • Users may submit content, such as feedback, comments, or other data.

  • You retain ownership of your content but grant Leanbase Compass a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for service improvement.

  • Leanbase Compass reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

  • Leanbase Compass may contain links to third-party websites or content.

  • Leanbase Compass is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of external sites.

  • Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

  • You may not:

    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

    • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code.

    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data.

    • Engage in abusive or harassing behavior.

    • Use automated scraping, data harvesting, or similar practices to extract information from the Service.

    • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

    • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.

  • Leanbase Compass may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Upon termination, access to the Service will be revoked, and any stored data may be deleted.

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.

  • Leanbase Compass may release experimental or beta features.

  • These features are provided "as is" with no guarantees of stability or functionality.

  • Leanbase Compass may modify or discontinue beta features at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Leanbase Compass is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • Leanbase Compass is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not allowed, Leanbase Compass’s liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold Leanbase Compass, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Changes to Terms

  • Leanbase Compass may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Vietnam.
