To sync feedback from Upvoty, you need to enter your Upvoty project ID and project domain below to connect your Upvoty account. Follow this steps to connect to your Upvoty account:
To connect Upvoty to Leanbase Compass
Open Leanbase Compass
Navigate to Configuration tab
Open Channel tab, click to Connect new channel
Select Upvoty and fill in below credentials

2. How to find your Upvoty Project ID:
Log in to your Upvoty account at https://app.upvoty.com.
Navigate to Project Settings for the specific project/board you want the ID for:
You can access this by clicking on your project and then selecting Project Settings or directly going to
https://app.upvoty.com/project-settings.The Project ID is often visible in the URL when you are inside the project settings or dashboard, or explicitly listed in the project settings page. For example, the URL might look like:
https://app.upvoty.com/projects/{projectID}/settings
where{projectID}is your actual project identifier.
3. How to find your Upvoty Project Domain:
Your project domain is typically the custom or default URL where your Upvoty project is hosted, such as
feedback.yourdomain.com.
You can find or confirm this domain by checking your project settings or the URL you use to access your Upvoty project dashboard.
Additional notes:
If you are using Upvoty 2.0, you might also need your API key for integrations, which can be found under Settings > Integrations > API key in the Upvoty admin dashboard.
If you have trouble finding your API key or project details, Upvoty support is available via chat to assist you.
By entering your Project ID and Project Domain into your integration setup, you can successfully connect your Upvoty account and sync feedback to your platform.
Note: After connect successfully, Leanbase Compass will:
Pulls reviews in last 100 days, up until your allotted reviews limit
Continuously gather new reviews, up until your allotted reviews limit
Uses 1 credit per review, up until your allotted credit limit
